At KCCA, we’re looking for bilingual professionals (English–Spanish) to join our team as Remote Clinical Coordinators, also known as Medical Scribes.

This is a key role that supports physicians in the United States by documenting their consultations in real time, using Artificial Intelligence tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

🧠 What does an RCC do?
An RCC virtually accompanies a physician during patient consultations and accurately documents clinical notes in English, ensuring clarity and proper medical terminology.

⚠️ Important: We’re seeking candidates with medical knowledge or experience—for example professionals who have worked in medical settings.

💡 This position requires a strong command of medical language, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy when recording clinical information.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Document physicians’ clinical notes in English during patient consultations in real time.

• Ensure terminological consistency, clarity, and accuracy.

• Collaborate closely with the assigned physician and administrative teams as needed.

• Work aligned with the Central Time Zone (CST), as physicians are based in Kansas.

🔹 Requirements:

• Advanced English (spoken and written).

• Academic background or work experience in healthcare (e.g. nursing, kinesiology, surgical instrumentation, physiotherapy, or related fields).

• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

💻 Work mode: Fully remote (100% if you’re outside Buenos Aires City). If you’re in Buenos Aires, you can also come to our Palermo office once a week.
