Accountant (US GAAP) – Dedicated to NKCH

Full-Time | Hybrid (Buenos Aires, Argentina) | U.S. Central Time

About the Role

Kansas City Clinic Advisors (KCCA) is hiring two experienced Accountants to support the

Finance team at North Kansas City Hospital (NKCH).

These professionals will be employed by KCCA and work in close collaboration with NKCH’s

finance leadership team, supporting general accounting operations within a U.S. healthcare

environment.

We are seeking CPA-level professionals with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and hands-on

experience in ERP systems (preferably Infor Lawson).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting activities in compliance with U.S. GAAP

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis

• Maintain accuracy of financial records within Infor Lawson ERP

• Support internal controls and audit processes

• Collaborate with U.S.-based finance leadership and stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-track preferred)

• 4+ years of experience in general accounting

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Infor Lawson strongly preferred)

• Experience supporting month-end close

• Advanced Excel skills

• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Availability to work aligned with U.S. Central TimePreferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare accounting

• Experience in hospital or multi-entity environments

• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies

• Background in controlling or financial analysis
