At Kansas City Clinic Advisors we are looking for experienced English Medical Interpreters to join our team as Medical Scribes / Remote Clinical Coordinators.

This is not a traditional interpreter role. Instead of interpreting conversations live, you will use your strong medical terminology knowledge to support a U.S.-based physician in documenting, validating, and managing information 100% in English in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This role is ideal for interpreters with strong medical knowledge who are looking to transition into a more analytical, documentation-focused, and operations-oriented position within healthcare.

🔹 Daily Responsibilities

• Work directly with one assigned provider, supporting their full daily schedule.

• Review, validate, and ensure accuracy of medical notes.

• Document consultations in real time using AI-assisted tools.

• Generate digital lab orders, prescriptions, and diagnostic tests directly in the EHR (Electronic Health Records) for provider review and signature.

• Ensure clarity, consistency, and correct medical terminology in all documentation.

• Help reduce the provider’s administrative workload, allowing them to focus entirely on patient care.

⚡ This is a very fast-paced, high-volume environment that requires strong multitasking skills, quick thinking, and excellent attention to detail.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Medical Interpreter (English–Spanish).

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology in English.

• Advanced English proficiency (level C1 or above spoken and written).

• Experience in office or corporate environments is highly valued.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus (especially in linguistics, public translation, or related fields).

🕒 Working Hours (Fixed Schedule)

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time).

• Current Argentina schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

• After March 9th (U.S. daylight savings): 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Argentina time.

These are regular, fixed working hours and cannot be adjusted.
