📢 We’re hiring a Bilingual Nurse to work remotely as a Clinical Administrative Assistant!

At Kansas City Clinic Advisors, we’re looking for a bilingual nurse to join our Chronic Care Management team. This role supports nurses and physicians in the United States by preparing patient charts, organizing clinical information, and ensuring every Chronic Care Management (CCM) call is complete, updated, and ready to go.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patient charts before CCM calls by summarizing chronic conditions, recent labs, vitals, notes, and key updates.
• Review and organize hospital and ER follow-up documentation, including discharge summaries.
• Verify medication lists and flag discrepancies for nursing review.
• Capture and document social determinants of health (transportation, housing, food access, caregiver status).
• Confirm CCM consent, contact preferences, and upcoming appointments.
• Support nurses during and after calls by retrieving records, routing messages, and queuing referrals, labs, and orders.
• Contact patients for scheduling and simple clarifications (non-clinical).
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR and internal tracking tools.

🔹 Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Clinical background required; nursing preferred (RN/LPN or international equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in chronic disease management, primary care, or outpatient clinical settings.
• Strong ability to summarize clinical information clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Office tools, and digital platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured, fast-paced workflows.
• Familiarity with CCM programs or U.S. healthcare workflows (a plus, but training will be provided).

🔹 About the Role & the Company:

💻 Hybrid position if you’re in Buenos Aires City (2 days per week in our Palermo office). Fully remote if you live outside CABA.
🕒 Full-time schedule, working U.S CST hours.
