Patient Scheduling Specialist
At Kansas City Clinic Advisors, we’re looking for a Patient Scheduling Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide high-quality scheduling support to primary care clinics across the United States—helping patients access care quickly, accurately, and with compassion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and triage incoming patient phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in alignment with provider availability and clinic protocols.
• Route messages and calls to the appropriate clinical or administrative team members.
• Communicate appointment details and preparation instructions clearly to patients.
• Monitor voicemails, message queues, and scheduling requests to ensure timely responses.
• Accurately document all patient communications and updates in the EHR (Electronic Health Records system).
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support daily workflow and scheduling accuracy.
🔹 Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• 1 year of experience in an appointment setter, virtual assistant, or call center role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured, fast-paced workflows.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and centralized scheduling (preferred).
• Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification processes (preferred).
🔹 About the Role & the Company:
💻 Hybrid position if you’re in Buenos Aires City (2 days per week in our Palermo office). Fully remote if you live outside CABA.
🕒 Full-time schedule, working U.S CST hours - 8am to 5pm.
🤝 Formal employment with social security and OSDE 260 coverage.
