🔍 Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial & Executive Reporting Analyst to support the CFO of a U.S.-based healthcare organization.

This is a high-visibility role focused on transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, structured, executive-level insights and presentations used by senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis skills with the ability to tell a clear story through data and slides.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial analysis related to budgets, forecasts, and performance.

  • Analyze large datasets and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support analysis and reporting.

  • Create CFO- and board-level PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations.

  • Translate complex data into concise, executive-ready narratives.

  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from the CFO and leadership team.

⭐ What You’ll Be Known For

  • Turning complex financial data into clear executive stories.

  • Building presentations that help leadership quickly understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what to do next.

  • Acting as a trusted analytical partner to the CFO.

🎯 Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or similar roles.

  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience using Power BI for analysis and data visualization.

  • Proven experience creating executive-level presentations for senior leadership (CFO, executives, or board).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Excellent English (written and verbal).

  • Experience working in structured, data-intensive environments.

  • Availability to work U.S. Central Time (CT).
