About the Role
Kansas City Clinic Advisors (KCCA) is hiring three experienced Project Managers to support enterprise-level technology and consulting initiatives delivered to U.S.-based clients, including strategic projects with DataMap, a fast-growing technology and services firm in the Kansas City area.
This role leads mission-critical client engagements end-to-end—owning delivery, client relationships, and outcomes. It is ideal for confident project leaders who thrive in consulting environments with high visibility, autonomy, and strong growth potential.
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (C2 or equivalent)
PMP or PMI-ACP certification
3+ years leading business projects in a project management role
Proven experience managing executive-level client relationships and delivering business outcomes
Strong expertise in project planning, critical path management, dependency tracking, and multi-workstream delivery
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all stakeholder levels
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity and focus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Background
Experience in top consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, Globant, or similar)
Software or technology implementation projects
SaaS / ERP implementations (Coupa, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
Source-to-Pay, procurement, or financial systems experience
Familiarity with Smartsheet, Lucidchart, or similar tools
Background in IT or cloud-based platforms and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Own project success from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and driving long-term account growth
Lead complex, cross-functional teams across internal resources, vendors, and client stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Make independent, high-quality decisions to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum
Produce executive-ready project artifacts (status reports, plans, training materials, presentations)
Mentor team members and foster a high-performance delivery culture
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, tools, and internal processes
