As the Executive Assistant to a senior leader, you’ll manage high-level priorities—owning calendar and inbox management—while also driving internal presentations, team communications, and internal branding efforts. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Executive Support & Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
-Inbox & Communication Management: Monitor and triage email communications, draft professional responses, and ensure timely follow-ups on key action items.
-Internal Communications Leadership: Create and manage internal communications for different teams, including company announcements, leadership updates, and internal newsletters.
-Internal Marketing & Presentations: Design and develop high-impact presentations for leadership meetings, all-hands sessions, client updates, and internal strategy reviews.
-Graphic & Visual Content Creation: Create visually engaging materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar platforms—ensuring alignment with company branding.
-Meeting Moderation & Facilitation: Support and occasionally moderate internal meetings, help structure agendas, document key takeaways, and ensure follow-up on action items.
-Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment.
-Strategic Support: Prepare executive briefings, talking points, and summaries to support decision-making and leadership visibility.
🔹 Requirements:
Fluent English: Level C2 - spoken and written. Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or executives is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, etc.), and basic graphic design principles (layout, branding, visual storytelling).
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Proactive Mindset: Anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and is always a step ahead.
🔹 About the Role & the Company:
💻 Hybrid position if you’re in Buenos Aires City (1 day per week in our Palermo office). Fully remote if you live outside CABA.
🕒 Full-time schedule, supporting U.S CST hours.
🤝 Formal employment with social security and OSDE 260 coverage.
