Medical Virtual Assistant (Fluent English)
At Kansas City Clinic Advisors, we’re looking for a Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team!
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality phone and administrative support to patients from primary care clinics across the United States—helping them understand their medical bills, payment options, and account information with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming patient phone calls related to billing inquiries and payment requests.
• Assist patients in understanding medical bills, account statements, balances, and payment options.
• Guide patients through online payment processes or provide instructions for alternative payment methods (such as mailing checks).
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and patient portal in a clear and professional manner.
• Document all patient interactions and billing updates accurately in internal systems.
• Support additional administrative tasks related to revenue cycle and billing workflows as needed.
🔹 Requirements:
• Fluent English (C1 level and above)
• 2 years of experience in customer service, medical billing support, or similar patient-facing roles.
• Previous experience explaining bills, payments, or financial information to customers over the phone is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured, fast-paced workflows.
🔹 About the Role & the Company:
💻 Hybrid position preferred for candidates based in Buenos Aires (2 days per week in our Palermo office).
🕒 Full-time schedule, working 8am to 5pm U.S CST hours - 10am to 7pm ARG Hours.
