📢 We’re hiring a bilingual Medical Payment Reconciliation Analyst!

At Kansas City Clinic Advisors (KCCA), we’re looking for an analytical and proactive Payment Reconciliation Analyst to join our team and support the financial operations of a U.S.-based hospital. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, investigating discrepancies, and following issues through to resolution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile insurance payments against contracted rates and expected reimbursement amounts.

• Identify underpayments and payment discrepancies that may represent opportunities for additional revenue recovery.

• Research the root cause of underpayments, including incorrect rates, payer processing issues, contractual discrepancies, or other payment variances.

• Follow up on identified underpayments and take appropriate action to help recover outstanding revenue.

• Track underpayment cases through resolution and maintain accurate supporting documentation.

• Post charges related to observation stays, ensuring accuracy and appropriate documentation.

• Review financial and payment data to identify trends, recurring discrepancies, and potential revenue opportunities.

• Perform account and payment reconciliations and investigate unresolved differences.

• Work with payer portals, internal systems, and other available resources to validate payments and resolve discrepancies.

• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and other internal teams to ensure payment and revenue information is accurate.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve reconciliation processes and strengthen revenue capture.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, payment reconciliation, financial reconciliation, revenue analysis, or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and follow them through resolution.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP, accounting, billing, or revenue management systems.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued.

💻 Work mode: Fully remote (100% if you’re outside Buenos Aires). If you’re in Buenos Aires, you can also come to our Palermo office once a week.
